Cons
Management is inconsistent, hypocritical, and lack overall leadership qualities. Fear is the most commonly used management tactic. There is blatant favoritism and lack of transparency. They make up new rules every quarter on how compensation will change. This company is run like a start-up versus a 30+ year-old organization. The moral compass on some employees does not exist and the office feels more like a high school freshman locker room at times.
The team mentality and family culture really disappeared over recent years. It wasn't always like this.
