great people to work with, everyone really cares about their work and it's impact .

Managers don't know how to manage, and do not allow for career growth opporunities.

No pros to be honest.

They have a horrible culture of taking advantage of younger employees. They make them do 100x work with no title/pay. If someone is performing really well, they do not reward them on time. I chose to leave because of such horrible management and no employee value.
