Pros
- Really great growth opportunities, was given a lot of leeway to have autonomy and learn
- Management cares about the employees and their experiences even though the nature of client work can be challenging. I’ve seen management give people multiple days off when someone felt too stressed, give additional equity when someone goes above and beyond and be extremely flexible with schedules to make sure it fits into the lives of its employees, especially if they are going through any personal problems.
Cons
- Client work is inherently challenging with tight deadlines and variable personalities
- Flexible/remote aspect of workers is a pro and con - it can make it hard to feel community and get to know colleagues
