Pros
To be the best in the industry needs to go a bit Extra mile. In fact there's a long way to go.. that means- - a lot of interesting problems to solve - friendly upbeat environment - choice to take up responsibility - team is very agile, great mix of talents - good roadmap ahead
Cons
We are still fighting it out to make a space and position ourself. Not a Con; but a fact that we are changing, and trying to do so at a fast pace.
