Pros

They pay well and offer stock options. To me, that is really their only pro.

Cons

Hierarchical culture, they say it isn't and that everyone has a voice but every decision has to go up through every leader and the CEO. Success is based on being in the office past 5pm, not actual output. Asks employees to give up weekends and holidays consistently. Really bad PTO policy. Not flexible with work hours or schedules. Office environment is not inclusive or very welcoming. Would strongly discourage LGBTQ+ candidates from accepting a job here. They lay off people often even when they have been at the company 15+ years even though they don't give formal reviews. Bonus processes are vague and decided on favoritism.

Pros

SiTime culture is all about encouraging people to be leaders and innovators. Any employee can discuss their ideas or concerns with anyone from direct co-workers to executives to the CEO. The company is also generally interested in having their employees succeed and is willing to work on training and in some cases accommodating employee's desires for role changes. However, expectations are high and schedules are tights, so employees who can't or are unwilling to keep up generally don't do as well.

Cons

Schedules are tight and pressure can be high at times. Projects tend to shift around, with people shifting from one project to another too frequently.
