Pros

Getting a paycheck is better than the alternative

Cons

Sia prioritizes the firm instead of the individual. Significant amount of money spent on annual "seminars" instead of passing that through to employees. Significant cost outlay for a client event which showcased a "music video" with the CEO dressed in a stormtrooper costume - this was the first interaction most of New York clients in attendance had with Sia. North American seminar was cancelled due to Coronavirus (good decision) but only after they pushed the decision to cancel (or not) down to the employees via email survey. For a firm that has grown solely through acquisition, they have no idea how to perform a smooth integration with the businesses they acquire. Payroll, benefits, 401k, tax withholding - all have had issues being implemented for firms that they have acquired in the past year or two. Their business model prioritizes business development over delivery. They display a distinct lack of commitment to long standing business relationships, expecting their delivery resources to commit significant time investment on activities other than delivering for their clients. Lack of diversity at the management / partner level. I would not recommend this firm to others.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

Cons

Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
