Pros

- At times, there was a focus on culture, which helped with morale. - Many genuinely kind and supportive colleagues, which made day-to-day work more enjoyable. - Salaries are decent. - Work–life balance can be good.

Cons

- The company is struggling, which shows in how employees are pushed out rather than supported. - Advice-seeking or feedback conversations with leadership can be weaponised against staff, creating a lack of trust. - Clear favouritism — if you don’t fit with certain people, opportunities are overlooked. - Little to no formal training provided; employees are expected to find their own development pathways. - Leadership shows very little accountability, particularly around finding meaningful work for employees. - HR is not a neutral or supportive function, often prioritising leadership over staff. - No clear policies or structures in place, which creates confusion and inconsistency. - No written feedback is provided, and requests for clearer guidance are dismissed as “spoon feeding” or “hand holding.” - The environment can become toxic and demoralising, which was ultimately why I chose to leave.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

Cons

Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
