Pros

You will get the feel of working in a small company. it might help you to gain some unique exposure.

Cons

The workload was ridiculously high. Employees were handling tons of horrible stress daily as they wanted to do well. I was one such employee. After working so hard, employees expected some financial growth and recognition. Sadly, we didn't get anything. It was terrible and made me really think they never appreciated me. I f you also don't want your efforts to be avoided, you'll work elsewhere. They can only make fake promises of growth but never actually offer any. The financial rewards are so low that they seem to be a joke.

-Sibel's got an innovative product in a highly regulated industry, which can be frustrating (e.g. long development timelines, long sales cycles), but ultimately rewarding as the path to commercialization provides exposure to a wide range of niche areas in the pharma / med device industry -Tons of opportunity for professional growth. -Team is full of really smart, capable, hard working people

Cons

-It's a start up, so there's too much work for too few people. But if you embrace it, you'll thrive.

Amazing technology if used in right applications .

Cons

CEO is seriously in over his head. Changes direction and mission continuously, no strategy to drive the business. Treats employees very poorly and plays psychologic games to motivate the team.
