Pros

- Flexible hours and remote work. - The office is nice - Colleagues are kind and always willing to help - Your ideas are considered, and there are opportunities to explore new tools and learn new technologies

Cons

- Product team is very disconnected from the development team - Layoffs can happen at any moment, regardless of your performance - The product lacks a clear long-term direction - There's a disconnect between different development teams - Experienced developers have been replaced with cheaper ones, which has negatively impacted code quality and the final product

Pros

-Sibel's got an innovative product in a highly regulated industry, which can be frustrating (e.g. long development timelines, long sales cycles), but ultimately rewarding as the path to commercialization provides exposure to a wide range of niche areas in the pharma / med device industry -Tons of opportunity for professional growth. -Team is full of really smart, capable, hard working people

Cons

-It's a start up, so there's too much work for too few people. But if you embrace it, you'll thrive.

Pros

Amazing technology if used in right applications .

Cons

CEO is seriously in over his head. Changes direction and mission continuously, no strategy to drive the business. Treats employees very poorly and plays psychologic games to motivate the team.
