It's all just so wonderful. Leadership, especially that from Europe is just so great. They like to change their goals every other day and I think that's great for the employee.

None, just so so great.

Used to say the people, but management has most staff working against each other. Pay is only good if you are in the circle and a man.

It is easy to dismiss low ratings as disgruntled staff; that is NOT the case with Sibelco. Most staff are applying for new jobs. Backstabbing, manipulation, lying, haters of Americans, racist towards white, so very sexist.
