Learning for freshers but not for experienced.

Workload is high and leave policy not good

I joined Sibz Solutions in the year 2007 and was completely new to the city and its people, that time. The size of the organisation or where it is located residential or commercial never made any difference to me. For me the most important part has always been who is at the helm of affairs and what is their vision, where do they see the organisation in next 10 yrs. It has been an association of 11 yrs with the owners and the CTO of the company and they have groomed, mentored and guided me in every way possible. All the clients of this company have stayed glued to them for years together and that is proof enough of their dedication and commitment. When you wish to deliver the best and only the best to the client, you need to be strict with the quality of work and performance of the employees. In these 11yrs I have seen the organisation growing in leaps bounds in terms of technological advancement and financial turnover. They have also claimed their presence in countries like UAE Singapore and Malaysia in the past few years. I wish to join back Sibz Solutions given an opportunity and I wish them good luck!

The owners are perfectionists and are absolutely in love with the work they do so be sure you deliver error free work or get ready to redo it from scratch!
