Pros
- Product makes a ton of sense - Generally smart and kind coworkers - Stock will almost certainly be worth a lot - Basically the forefront of ai pilled work, which is the future
Cons
Pretty broken in terms of amount of work particularly in agent dev. We talk about intensity being a good thing across the company, but we're all barely holding on in agent dev even if people don't say that publicly. I easily work at least 75 hours a week and I know many more working more than me. I've heard of people crying in the office. Like what how is that okay. The work is fun but this kind of working isn't sustainable. If the tech industry weren't cooked attrition would definitely be higher. I think basically every AI company is like this unfortunately and Sierra is probably the most reasonable of all the ai companies in terms of workload.
