Pros

The people are friendly once you get settled in. The technology is advanced. They worked with numerous national companies. The employee benefits are comparable to others. The location is good for locals or those traveling in.

Cons

There is minimal interaction with others in the office except at break time. It's a small company getting larger. There is language that might not be able to be handled or tolerate by some. Seems morale is low at times but, they work hard.

Pros

Georgetown is a beautiful and growing city with affordable housing. It's also relatively close to Austin where there's tons of cultural events and festivals.

Cons

Can I rate zero? It’s tolerable when management curses at the staff with a raised voice. However, the screaming, name calling, blaming, and demeaning behavior is intolerable and unprofessional. For example, the CEO will scream “THAT’S STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!!” and “I’M GOING TO KILL YOU” over something insignificant and easily fixable. He will sweet talk a client in one room, then yell at his staff in the other with the doors wide open. He thinks he can get away with anything including washing his hands in the restroom which I personally witnessed. His textbook bully behavior has led to management focusing on blame rather than solutions when issues arise. It has also led to an incompetent, unqualified and desperate staff who is fearful of termination, including HR who won’t do anything about it. Two staff members admitted to going to the hospital for increased blood pressure directly related to this hostile work environment. But they’ll never come forward for obvious reasons.
