The company got sold and it's now closed.

Small company... That’s about it.

The pay is below market rate, no opportunity to grow, the majority of people do not have an education so it will be unfortunate when they have no one to pass the torch to. The benefits are mediocre and for those with families, the cost of healthcare is expensive. The annual bonuses are minimal (if any). They have been in business for a long time but do not change their ways of thinking and doing things. They do not keep up with the modern day ways of a workplace.
