Great company, interesting projects, friendly team

Difficult to jump from intern to full-time

-Employee discount (though it has decreased every year) -Workers tend to be more interested in getting along than infighting

-You WILL NOT be promoted, even within tracks where promotion wouldn't add responsibility, unless you suck up to management. You could be a level 1 doing the work of a level 4 for years. -Raises never keep up with inflation. You'll be lucky to get more than 3%. -Management doesn't honor doctor's notes, even in the case of severe illnesses. If you go over your 5 alloted sick days, expect to be written up.
