An absolute joke of a 'charity' - Anonymous employee Sightsavers International Employee Review

This was the most bizarre place I've ever worked. People would just mysteriously disappear and never return. A disgusting amount of donor money is spent removing and paying off anyone that the top 3 senior leaders don't like. There is a culture of bullying and discrimination, absolutely no strategic direction, and donor's money is spent in the wrong ways.
