Pros
I’ve been with Cortlex for almost a year and it feels like time just flies. The company’s structure is horizontal and transparent, the pay is high and they treat you here with respect (and sometimes even with unexpected care). One of the things that were new here for me is that almost every department writes a short news column about their monthly achievements which is very inspiring. There are also regular calls with the company founders where they tell us about the progress we’ve made, the problems we face, demonstrate the profit and the expectations. And we are always free to ask any uncomfortable questions that we may have. Working here doesn’t feel like a burden, we have the opportunity to choose our projects and develop in any kind of technology. Here they offer all the conditions necessary for growth.
