      Pros

      I've never thought that it's possible to enjoy working in office and being surrounded by other people. But it really is. Nobody tells me how to do my job, everything could be discussed and always we can agree on something. It's not a paradise and all of us are humans, so we can make a mistake and even mess up something. But if it happens people here are not trying to hide it, because if you really want to improve yourself and not to repeat the same mistakes, you'll get help and support. And one more thing I love - here, we really can enjoy. Enjoy our work and it's results, enjoy some simple fests of life and time we spend together.

      Not sure that I've ever able to agree with lowers standards. ;)

      Pros

      Highly supportive staff, I never felt like I was in a bad place there. HR even helped me to improve my CV to find a new job once my contract with them ended (client wasn't interested in maintaining the solution I worked on).

      Cons

      I really can't find anything I could complain about.

      - Friendly, supportive colleagues who are always ready to help and share knowledge. - Managers are approachable and open to feedback, decisions are usually well explained. - Modern tech stack and projects that have real impact, so the work feels meaningful. - Good work‑life balance, flexible hours and understanding about personal issues. - Opportunities to learn new technologies, take ownership of features, and influence technical decisions.

      Cons

      - Unfortunately the project ended, and I had to leave.
