The worst place I have ever worked Overworked and told to “figure it out” when you need help/resources. Leadership is not competent. It takes 94 meetings to make one decision The people who can help us do better get mistreated and end up leaving or basically disengaging all together. Being a woman in this space is extremely difficult. Being a person of color is difficult. Trying to do your job well vs fast … fast will always win… I could go on but I’m tired of thinking about it now.
