It is what our platform is all about! We believe we are greater together than the sum of our parts and that we will not be successful unless we collaborate cross functionally. Our employees are our greatest asset and we try to set everyone up for success within their role and with their coworkers. I’m sorry if that wasn’t your experience. It is true that we are moving fast. We have spent a lot of time thinking about our onboarding to get people making meaningful contributions as soon as possible. We believe that having that experience is rewarding for our new employees as well as helping the company as a whole. It is also true that we value being together in the office. We believe that we can work faster, make decisions faster, and better learn from each other when we are together under the same roof. We acknowledge that isn’t the right fit for everyone right now but it is how we think we will be most successful. We also believe that our employees should be able to be themselves at work - we are a company rather than a family so we accept our colleagues for who they are and trust that, as adults, we all choose to live our lives responsibly.
