Pros
Everyone right up to the CEO appreciates input/feedback, and feedback is given without hesitation so you know where you stand. Customers are really good to work with as well.
Cons
Salaries could be higher given cost of living. Having to work in the office isn't great for wlb, could reduce that to 2-3 days/wk would be better. While I'm very excited about the product, still needs a ton of investment in key areas.
