Very bad experience - Interior Designer Signa Design Employee Review

I can't think of a single good thing

Very toxic work environment. The upper management ( principal designer, her husband) along with their minions, bullies the soft spoken employees. Felt more like I was a part of some high school drama. No respect for time and hard work. Hardly any work is discussed at the place
