Pros

Company always looking to grow its membership and offer competitive products, which creates several opportunities for learning and advancement

Cons

There were challenges in the periods were the membership grew a bit too quickly for the staff size to keep up, creating long hours with less reward.

Pros

Casual dress code, overall friendly environment

Cons

Corrupted credit union. CEO and COO's personal credit union. You are liked/paid based on favoritism and how close you are to those in charge. Rules are only applicable to certain employees, but if your close to the CEO/COO or anyone with a bit of leverage you can do whatever you want! Unfair remote privileges, some employees are fighting for one remote day while others are fully remote that reside in different states. (Like the COO's mother, that reports to him) There is no consistency with rules whatsoever. Toxic and unprofessional work environment to say the least. Nobody knows what their doing, many are given titles of 'Directors' and 'Managers' but do not know their right foot from their left. No guidance at all. Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy drama, a toxic work environment and endless chaos.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns about workplace culture, fairness, and professionalism very seriously. We are disappointed to hear that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Our organization is committed to operating with integrity, consistency, and adherence to established policies, particularly as a regulated financial institution. We maintain clear guidelines related to supervision, reporting structures, remote work, and employee conduct to ensure fairness and accountability across all levels of the organization. We would like to clarify one specific statement referenced in your review. In accordance with credit union policy, no employee is permitted to directly supervise or manage a family member. The individual referenced is not in a direct reporting relationship with the COO, and their role within the organization is part-time and entry-level in nature. This structure is intentionally designed to remain fully compliant with internal policy and governance standards. We also want to be clear that favoritism, inconsistent application of policies, or unprofessional conduct are not aligned with our expectations or values. We continuously evaluate our leadership practices, training programs, and operational consistency to ensure a supportive and respectful environment for all employees. While we cannot address individual employment matters in a public forum, we strongly encourage employees to raise concerns through appropriate internal channels so they can be reviewed and addressed promptly and thoroughly. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to strengthening our workplace culture and ensuring a positive environment for both our employees and the members we serve.
