Beware of this employer ... - Material Handler Signature Hardware Employee Review

I was a long time employee of this company and was extremely knowledgeable in all of the warehouse functions. I was more productive than most anyone else in the warehouse. I had this company's back and was treated badly. The rules were not the same for everyone there. If you were not friends with the family and you held your head wrong on a certain day you were on their hit list. There was absolutely no fairness whatsoever to people that they promoted. There were entirely too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I believe the owners are prejudice against certain types of people. Watch out if you are on this family's hit list you won't have a job long and it doesn't matter how great of a worker you are and they won't even give you a reason why they are letting you go.
