Their are a few devoted and dedicated nurses and cna's.
Cons
Stand up for what is right-even if your standing alone. Except for a few good employees I was always alone. Management won't back you and I was told not to "open up a can of worms" when trying to obtain orders for a wound culture for a necrotic, foul smelling wound.
