Overworked, underpaid - Physical Therapist Signature HealthCARE Employee Review

Everyone in the building is overworked as staffing is short in all departments. The feel is very corporate focused meaning the money seems to be more important than the patients and the employees are not taken care of. Instead of providing increases in rates of pay or services/Healthcare that benefits the employees and actually matters, they put on a random cookout once a month or so.
