Where should I start: 1) Uncompetitive salary 2) Applied for different job but got different jobs then the boss expects me to do a lot but pay peanuts like their nuts 🥲 3) No career growth 4) Micromanaging managers 5) No flexibility in WFH! I mean bro we are in 21st century as long the employees get the work done should be okay. 6) Managers has no leadership, communication and accountability skills. 7) No training and development provided. 8) A place to learn but never stay loyal and long.
