Pros
Management listens and values the opinions and input of those who put in the work and are committed. They are forward thinking, and although change is sometime slow to occur they are honest about progress and where things are heading. If you show up they will show up for you without fail and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to those who are willing to put in the effort. This business is not easy, but I have received resources that significantly improved my ability to function as my role as an advisor
Cons
They don't trim the fat quickly enough
If you are not willing to work you will go unseen
They could be better at placing an emphasis on practice development and coaching young advisors on how to build a practice vs just making money
