Nice Experience - Software Engineer Significa Employee Review

Co-workers are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Usually there's flexibility in the way of work.

No leadership at all, sales department promises ridiculous things to clients and the project managers have no idea how to handle work. They don't even know what services we offer. Management is lacking except from when they need to micromanage you. The tactic is divide and conquer. Work from office is required (to sit around in video calls at the office apparently) and the offices are in a terrible location. No lunch or commute compensation is provided even though you have to go to the office. No learning budget or work activities. Only compensation is usually salary+private health insurance (not super helpful) People work overtime.

Kind and helpfil collegues, flexible working conditions, decent salaries.

No clear vision and strategy from top management. Most of the employees are professional but there are specific employees that disrupt the smooth operation and destroy the friendly environment.Top management don’t care about that because of politics. No training in soft skills or skills related to job.
