      You should be able to asslicking alongside your best performance and skills because the internal politics is so much that they'll make you question your self-worth. Constant layoffs, hikes and promotions are based on favouritism and partiality. Even the projects you get are based on partiality.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
