Green products, good benefits and time off
Cons
Company doesn't care about employee health during COVID-19. Employees are being asked to come in while vaccines are not required and masks are mandatory but not enforced. Unvaccinated employees are not even asked to get tested regularly.
Those of us who have to come in to work in the labs have to police employee masking while upper management and HR sit at home.

Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork
Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
