      great people to work with and there is never a dull moment. always something to learn and a great place to really craft your skillset or expertise in whatever you're working on. very collaborative environment.

      lots of changing happening in the org. layoffs. more work no change in pay. hours can be long.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
