      Pros

      Great work-life balance and good company culture. No micro-managing and colleagues are very helpful. Great place to work if you enjoy a structured, well-established organization

      Cons

      The company's future is hazy. Leadership has no clear agenda or strategy to grow the business back to where it was. Frequent restructuring and relocating functions to lower-cost markets are very concerning

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
