1yThank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience at Signify Research. We take all concerns seriously, especially regarding workload, management style, and workplace culture. However, we also proud of the opportunity and diversity of work and exposure to the fast-moving healthcare technology industry we can offer junior staff at an early stage of their career - for many of our team this is a key reason why they chose to start their career with us and remain with the business. We value the well-being of our employees and strive to maintain a supportive environment for all, so we will be taking your feedback into account as we continue to assess our practices to ensure any employee concerns are addressed.
