Thank you for your feedback. Although this is an older post it is helpful information. There have been some changes in leadership since this post. Culture is very important at Silberline. All employees are expected to treat others with respect and in a professional manner. Employee feedback is also very important to us at Silberline. We conduct annual Employee Surveys in all regions to help us identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address those concerns.
