Pros
Clean environment (more for the machinery and processes than for people), decent benefits and some other perks if you take the time to find them on the company site. A lot of good people out on the manufacturing floor.
Cons
12 hour shifts with no flexibility in the rotating schedule, if you're scheduled days fall on a holiday, you're working unless you use vacation time. makes it hard to have any personal or family life. Management doesn't seem to really understand how to make the business work. They have lost sight of the fact that, without their rank and file workers, they can't produce product. Most people have lost confidence in management.
