Pros
Job is easy you have tons of downtime and are mostly left to do whatever you want You can learn a lot if you are willing. Community among equals is the best I've seen anywhere lots of support.
Cons
Management communications is so bad you often think they don't even exist then all of the sudden a million new rules show up that are upheld for a week then disappear with new ones to follow a few weeks later. Its Like south park where the manatees come up with pointless ideas
