Not that bad, but with chaos in management - Data Engineer Silky Coders Employee Review

If you do your job it should be a cozy position. The people were nice, the HR seems to care if someone is doing something inappropriate. Manager was a good dude. Work hours are pretty flexible.

They treat people outside of IT poorly, reducing some people to tears by the managers over a 10 minute longer break. The IT section is okay, but don’t expect too much socializing. A lot of bad legacy code that nobody will appreciate making fixes for more clarity. Any ideas for smoother work or improvement are ignored so there is no need to be ambitious.
