We at Silotech Group are committed to surpassing the expectations of our clients through our positive attitude, teamwork, and accountability for our actions. Our success is due in part to our diverse workforce and the environment they operate in. We promote a culture of collaboration with positive interaction among others where there is open communication and high degree of ethics in everything we do.
We respect that all of our employees have different views, and open dialogue is essential in how we provide solutions to our clients. This is why we hold to the importance of having a positive attitude and teamwork to have it as part of our company core values. It serves to contribute to the success of our clients from our workforce.
We look for talented people who align with our culture and who can create and add value to our company and our customers. Unfortunately, there are those who make decisions that go against our core values and conduct themselves in a manner where ethics come into question. Accountability for our actions is a core value that we as a company exemplify at all levels. When an instance of unethical impropriety is discovered from within our ranks, we must own up to it and make the tough decision to respond accordingly. In these situations where an employee is no longer willing to adhere to the ethical standards of conduct and our core values, we must end the employment relationship.
Silotech Group does not condone nor tolerate unethical behavior from any of its employees, especially from members in leadership roles. Recently, Tiffany Tremont, our President and CEO was featured in an article in San Antonio Women Magazine (July/August 2021) entitled, “Using STEM to Grow and Blossom” focusing on women in leadership careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math industry. In the article, she stated, “You have to stay knowledgeable to stay ahead.” We have a firm belief that leaders set the example for others to follow.
To remain knowledgeable in a cyber focused organization, our corporate and remote leaders must be self-motivated and expected to be lifetime learners through education, training and/or certification which we offer and encourage each employee to use their $2,000 benefit annually and is also in addition to any corporate training provided. This investment in our employees shows our commitment to their future career development and is emphasized in our inclusive 360 employee annual performance appraisals as a key factor in innovation. Self-improvement is a responsibility that is an intrinsic trait Silotech employees possess which in turn logically improves the value we provide to our clients.
Thank you for your review, and we wish you the best of luck for the future.
