I have been with Silver Arch Capital Partners since its inception and have nothing but positive experiences. As a Senior Director, I’m working with our clients on a daily basis and making sure my team comes up with the best possible funding solutions for them. The majority of the associates I work with have been with the firm for a number of years. So we have all grown together in this business and trust each others’ abilities to get the job done.
Cons
In this environment, we are looking for seasoned professionals to add to our team. We always welcome new talent, but they need to be able to handle this type of environment with minimal hand-holding.
