Pros

The vending machines in the break room and pizza Fridays were alright. That is about it.

Cons

Commission system gives false hope, even if you are able to get people to talk to you 9 times out of 10 they will be living in the middle of nowhere with no schools to connect them with. Oh and if you do something that is worthy of getting yo fired apparently, do not expect them to warn you until you do it a second time and they can ask you to resign for sure. Save yourself the headache and find a job where you can actually help people in a meaningful way.

Pros

I have loved working for this call center. The trainers are super cool and made sure I was comfortable being on the phones before I was sent out on the floor. The management is very helpful with any issue that I have had and super professional.

Cons

Working at a call center is always a challenge

Pros

This is such an amazing place to work at. The pay is reasonable and the work isn't difficult, especially if you've had sales experience in the past. The company works with you in developing sales skills and the confidence it requires. In fact, they are always happy for you when you do well and genuinely care about your achievements. - Relaxed, yet professional environment. - Reasonable commission structure - Kind and understanding management - PIZZA FRIDAY, games, contests, and an overall fun work environment - Great co-workers and amazing management - OPTION TO WORK FROM HOME (Which, by the way, is amazing! Working in office is amazing, too, though!) - Amazing team leads - They care about you as an individual

Cons

- Typical Sales/Call Center cons, meaning it gets exhausting at times, back to back calls, and you're going to deal with angry people from time to time. This is true of ALL call centers, though. - When I started the training wasn't as structured as it could have been. It seems to be A LOT better now, though. - Frequent changes in rules, which really isn't necessarily the company's fault. This isn't exactly a con, but you definitely need to be OK with change (which is true with ANY company, but they happen a bit more often here in my experience)
