Pros
The compensation is through the roof. Nice to make so much so early on in your career. Lunch is paid for everyday and they pay for your monthly gym membership. Insurance is another great perk and they pay for the vast majority of your premium.
Cons
There is a strong divide in the back office. The folks that have been there for a while are accepting of their jobs and their nice paychecks. The folks that are just out of college or a few years out hate what they are doing and are looking for a greater breadth of opportunity (which is not welcomed by the senior guys). There was no teaching for the back office personnel.
