Nepotism at its finest, with family and friends being hired and promoted into roles that they are clearly not qualified for. A clear example of a cliquey workplace. HR is incompetent of doing their job, especially with having a glass room as the only private space. Lack of care and support, will not acknowledge the REAL issues and will pass the blame. The workplace is nosey and is filled with constant gossip. It is all the worst attributes of high school combined.
