Crazy Fun Celebrations e.g. Wear your Patriots colors to work! Great Food . Scholarship. Annual Employee Party! Opportunities to Grow within the Company.

Typical for any job but there are days when things can get busy.

Pros

Great management, starting with the HR Director. They really care about people and put their needs first, both employees and residents. Just knowing your have the support of administration makes going to work much easier and worthwhile.

Cons

None that I can think of.
