Pros
-Very casual, very flexible work environment
-For the most part, coworkers and management are kind and understanding
-Stable company (before COVID at least - global pandemic's not a great time to be in the theme park industry)
-Good benefits - health/dental/vision insurance is reasonably priced and plans are good; 401k match is just OK but not bad for a smaller company
-A fun industry to be in
Cons
-Very little mobility within company
-Raises are rare, promotions even rarer
-Salaries are on the lower end for the area
-All information is on a need-to-know basis; I often found out about new projects via a google alert I set for the company
-Nepotism in upper management stifles creativity & company growth
