Nothing good about co ,it's one of the oldest mill but no brand value in the market

Top managment not consider hardworking employee inspite of appreciation they terminate without giving any reason to employee and if u want a reason they didn't reply at all
No ethics nd value of this co regarding employee
If u achieve your target you get termination not appreciation
Top management is not listening they have egoistic problem
Good learning experience for beginners. Training schedule covers all aspects of sugar manufacturing. Good stipend and lodging facility.

No new technological advancement being done. Low budget provided for plant maintenance. Salary not provided on time. No additional incentives for hard work. No access to market.
