Very low development quality - Software Engineer Simbionix USA Employee Review

Very low quality codebase and software development practices. Very poor implementations of basic things. No documentation. No automated testing. Very poor code reuse, branching everything all the time, and manually maintaining dozens of branches of the same code. Build server breaks down on regular basis. Vast majority of the time is spent debugging and trying to get existing code to work, most of the time for trivial functionality. DLL hell. Everything is always rushed. No one really wants to improve the development quality.
