Pros

Only pro is they teach you so many unethical practices and have such a bad culture that you know how to move in the insurance industry after being employed by them…

Cons

Everything….. contest is rigged… you have to suck up to leadership to get anything done… and I mean suck up… horrible culture. CEO is just as horrible as his leadership hides a lot of unethical things… if you don’t do what they say they take your buisness and give it to other agent or leader ship….

Pros

Culture – High-energy, competitive, and team-driven environment. Leadership – Hands-on mentorship from top industry leaders. Performance-Based Income – Unlimited earning potential with clear growth paths.

Cons

High Standards – Excellence is expected No Participation Trophies – You get paid for results, not effort. If you’re looking for a guaranteed paycheck, this isn’t for you. But if you want to control your career, this is the place.

Pros

I have worked here for a little under a year and have yet to find a pro…

Cons

Cons now on the other hand… the people that work there are typical big headed sales reps that think they are invincible. They do things like post expensive cars (that they don’t even own) and fancy restaurants to recruit. Scream and yell at agents in meetings for not working from 9-9 and making 400 calls a day. Lots and lots of favoritism. Writing policy’s under other peoples names and making phone calls way past legally allowed. Let alone multiple sexual harassment charges for just this agency… If you don’t want to work 9-9 7 days a week they treat you like garbage. You are giving 1-10 YEAR old leads that have been recycled so many times. Lots of bait and switch when it comes to selling. They all claim to be godly humbled people but honestly are just a bunch of kids with no life besides selling insurance. MLM pyramid scheme all the way. American income life/ arias organization is the dollar store of life insurance companies. Do yourself a favor and find a real company to work with. Let my experience be yours and do better than I did.
