Nobody is down your back . Your pretty much getting paid to chill. If you have a skill in woodwork or stretching you have work to do .They don’t go crazy about tardiness because pretty much everybody (but the Chinese with the exception of a couple of people) is late or leaves early. Free food when they have parties. Your basically your own boss until simons says . Hahaha get it?

Oh lord I don’t think there’s enough paper for this but I’ll keep it’s short and simple. If a problem arises with a coworker or and issue at work and you tell Simon he doesn’t handle it the way he should or maybe at all.. no growth in this company. Stuff doesn’t change pretty much . If it isn’t Simons way then it’s not correct .
