      Pros

      Very nice people. I've been here for about 2 years now and the people and managers are all very nice. Ronnie, Lauren and Laina are very approachable. My manager is nice also, she has a lot on her place to we don't interact as much but she get the job done so I can't fault her for that. Over all, a great place to work, Lots of work and you are rewarded for your efforts.

      Cons

      Not mush in the way of cons. As with any jobs there are some people that are unfriendly and difficult to work with, but that's any job and they tend to find their own way out..

      Pros

      The training was exceptional! The trainers really took the time to ensure the material was understood and always make me feel comfortable to ask questions in needed. Colleagues are so friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. I came from a firm that was very much a sink or swim environment and I'm happy to report that Simon & Simon is nothing like that. This firm really cares about their employees and wants to ensure they are fostering a work environment that takes care of their employees mental health by prioritizing a work load that does not induce a stressful environment. I really love my job and I'm grateful to be here.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is it would be nice to have the option to work part-time.
